I stayed at this hotel for over forty days due to an extended business trip to Tunisia to establish a software company. Honestly, I don't know where to begin, but this hotel truly deserves more than Ten stars. If it were up to me, I'd give it 100 stars. The management operates at the highest level of professionalism, especially the night shift manager, who is a truly wonderful and highly professional individual. As for the staff, their exceptional kindness, courtesy, and helpfulness are beyond words. The reception staff, starting with Mr. Hatem and Mr. Ayman, as well as two young women whose names I can't recall, are not just employees; they are a masterpiece of hospitality and welcoming spirit. The reception team is creative, excellent, and courteous, and their exceptional service makes you feel like a close friend, not just a guest. The room service staff are also fantastic, especially the respectful, wonderful, and helpful Mr. Abdelnour, and the rest of his colleagues. And I mustn't forget the wonderful Ms. Omaima in the public relations department, who made my experience truly remarkable. Honestly and truthfully, if you're planning a trip to Tunisia, book this hotel immediately and prepare for the most wonderful hotel experience of your life, from the moment you arrive until your departure. I can't forget this amazing experience and I will definitely return next month because I miss the hotel staff; they felt like family.
