Naprosto skvělý hotel, krásný bazén, wellness i pokoje. Všude čisto, personál velmi nápomocný. Lokalita je také naprosto skvělá, asi 10min pěsky od zastávky marmaray - od sirkeci pouze dvě zastávky. Nejhezci hotel v kterym jsem asi v Istanbulu kdy byla.

It was an underwhelming experience and expected more from a Radisson Blu hotel.
Complimentary tea was appreciated. There was a lovely aroma in reception area. The location was a short walk away from some lovely restaurants.
Cons Cleanliness was disappointing. Upon first glance it seemed okay but very quicky became apparent that everything was tired and dated. The shower didn't work properly - only a small trickle of water came out and was not fixed after complaining. The TV was old and very out of date and most of the buttons didn't work. Again, this was shrugged off after i brought it to the hotels attention and nothing could be done. The pricing of food and drink in the hotel was ridiculous - having a few drinks whilst relaxing by the pool was very expensive. Asked to pay a cash deposit in Euro or Dollars upon arrival was strange and didn't feel comfortable to not use the local currency. It certainly wasn't value for money. Based on the poor cleanliness, the old TV and the tired and dated interior, it felt like we were ripped off. Would not recommend.
