The location is very convenient. The room was big and comfortable.

Cons There was an office in the room. Who does need a desk on holidays? Not me. I can imagine other uses for it to increase the room's cachet.

Very friendly

A really lovely hotel with cosy, comfortable rooms and thoughtful service. We were grateful to Yuki for her kind assistance whenever we had questions. The location is very convenient, every member of staff was courteous and welcoming. It is truly an excellent option for travellers visiting Shanghai, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Good option for staying in Shanghai

The location at the western end of Nanjing street, the number of lifts, so no cues at elevators, clean, excellent breakfast, restaurant Epicur on 45th floor, staff very helpful

Cons I asked for a city view which is valid for almost of the rooms (being a tower), and I got one facing West, still nice view. Ask for a city view to the East, to the Bund ((Huang pu river water front), so you will see also the skyscrappers, Shanghai tower. The weird of electricity in the room (we cannot switch on only the bed lamp, unless we have all the other lamps on!). I still consider this minor, overall good hotel.

Отличное расположение, шикарный ресторан наверху, отзывчивый персонал на ресепшен, хорошее кафе на первом этаже, через дорогу остановка экскурсионных автобусов

Cons Номер на фото кажется больше, чище и уютнее.
