Cons Нет питьевой воды в номере, минибар пустой, скудные завтраки, парковка дорогая.

Great Hotel in a great position.

The Hotel is ideally situated in a great place , our Executive Suit was superb but a little old . Staff in reception & breakfast restaurant were really good .

Cons We wanted to get a round of drinks from the restaurant bar , there was only 6 other people in the restaurant & it took the guy behind the bar 25 minutes to serve us , he just did not seem to care as to when he would serve us & kept disappearing into the back 😑. We did not bother to eat or drink in there again during our weeks stay & if the service would of been better we would of spent a fortune . But besides that little problem we loved our stay & would recommend Radisson Blu to anyone considering staying there .

Cons 2 hodiny před příjezdem nám volali z hotelu a přebookovali do jiného hotelu, prý z důvodu že náš pokoj nebude připravený a že je poškozený, byl jsem velice zklamaný protože jsem si vybral hotel do kterého jsme s partnerkou chtěli jet a toto zkazilo pobyt, byli jsme v hotelu ve kterém jsme být nechtěli a který si sami nevybrali, musel jsem si platit navíc za parkování, které nebylo levné, očekával jsem nebo očekávám nějakou finanční kompenzaci, bohužel do teď nic nepřišlo.

Cons Hairdryer not working for 2 days , firstly! They advertise a nice patio to hang out with nice loungers but they could not be used on a summer day or evening because of some event they had going on . So there was literally no outside space where you could enjoy some fresh air. Like a bunker. When asked about that the staff replied it was closed for the public. It would like to know this in advance before choosing the location. Otherwise this is bait n switch. They also had a wedding going on when the whole bar was closed off and loud music was pumping through the lobby. Not ideal for guests just checking in( but all the best to the newly wed couple ) I´m an engineer and can confirm that the hairdryer did not work. It took 2 days to get it up and running. Further , Arriving on a Thursday the outdoor patio access was blocked not only by the wedding reception but the first 2 days by women's football team. All you have to do is to inform people before they book.

Colazione eccezionale, posizione ottima (a pochi passi dal centro), letto molto comodo

Besonders gut fand ich die Wasserspender auf dem Gang und dass das Hotel versucht möglichst umweltfreundlich zu sein. Die gute Lage. Und das reichhaltige, abwechslungsreiche Frühstück.
