מלון מפנק ברמה גבוהה מאוד

הכל! המלון מפואר מאוד, החדר מפנק עם נוף מקסים לנהר ולעיר, מרווח ומיטה מאוד נוחה, ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת מגוונת מאוד וטעימה, הצוות בקבלה מאוד שירותי. דאגו לנו לארוחת בוקר מוקדמת כיוון שעזבנו בשעה 6 וחצי בבוקר והארוחה היתה טעימה וטרייה. הספא נפלא והבר עם הנוף הפנורמי היה מקסים. החניה במלון בשפע ובחינם. נהננו מכל רגע ובטוח שנחזור.

Nice outdoor swimming pool area. Good Asian restaurant. Overall good food quality.

Cons Lack of discipline and attention for details from staff, which supposed to be a management and supervisory gap. Few examples: - upon arrival late in the evening, I asked for extra complimentary water and had to follow up on that multiple times within 40min, nobody delivered the water and I had to go to reception to pick it up. - next day, asked for extra hangers. Had to follow up many times within 1 hour. Only after I went to reception and talked to manager hangers got delivered. - Fillini restaurant dinner - failed to cook salmon as well-done after few attempts... - Breakfast: egg station has long line at 9am, which could be easily solved with placing extra station or start collecting eggs orders by waiters. Chef at eggs does not pay attention to what you actually order (or does not understand English well) as instead of omelet they can do scramble, or instead of fried eggs they will do omelet. The room is not well designed. The length of curtains and blinders is not aligned to windows length. Impossible to do the complete black out environment in the room.

Terrible start but experience rapidly recovered by Mr. Giga. Hotel's best room still not comfy

Initially the room we were given had dirty linen so we lost 4 hours to re-organize, but upon complaint the Manager (Mr. Giga) upgraded us to a room with a breathtaking view and gave us dinner coup[ons. The open-air swimming pool and bar is also an amazing experience.

Cons The changing rooms at the open-air swimming pool smell of sewrage. Moreover, whereas we got the best room in the hotel (due to our free upgrade) with a fabulous view and bed, the sitting area in that sanme room is extremely uncomfotable with only one flat hard sofa and plenty of open space. The open space in that room should be furnished with comfotable sofa or couches and a carpet to give the impression of warmth in the room.
