Good location - poor facilities.

Location is great, a 4 minute walk to the central station. And the rooms are spacious.

Cons We arrived around 2am, checking in took forever, the receptionist took very long to give us keys. And apparently on asking for the room to be cleaned on my 3rd day as I lit the “Please Clean” light and the room wasn’t, they informed me that whoever checked me in had to ask if I wanted my room cleaned but he never did. On my second day I asked for some documents to be printed, the receptionist wasn’t helpful, she said send an email and wait a few minutes, and when I went to follow up she said the email didn’t arrive yet. And the bathrooms does not have water hoses like the rest of Finnish bathrooms. There was a very helpful receptionist we met mid day and she made the stay better really.

Posizione eccezionale: centrale e a due passi dalla stazione dei treni collegati direttamente all'aeroporto. Personale gentile anche se check in un pò lento. La colazione è semplicemente fantastica. Camere grandi e pulite, possibilità di collegare il cellulare al televisore.

Cons Ci è stata assegnata una camera con testata del letto piuttosto rovinata da precedenti ospiti. Non abbiamo voluto cambiare stanza ma l'abbiamo fatto comunque presente per via del deposito cauzionale che viene richiesto al momento del check in.

Comfortable hotel. Convenient for train travel
