The location of the hotel and Marcus’s help in particular made us feel very welcome. Bergen is well worth a visit ! mad
Its location. Most of the staff were great. Marcus was exceptionally friendly and helpful. A ‘can do’ person and a credit to the hotel. Our enjoyment of our time in Bergen was enhanced by his knowledge of the city’s history, highlights and good restaurants.

Location, Location and Location, breakfast, good space in my room, excellent view, very clean.
Cons A refrigerator starts with a annoying noise very late in the night so I could't sleep. I called front desk; they offered me earplugs and sent someone to bring them to me. I explained the situation to the person who came, and he help me unplug the refrigerator. Thanks to him, the annoying noise was gone!
