Rooms are spacious and comfortable with good city views, especially from higher floors, but expect noise from the rooftop bar above. Housekeeping is inconsistent, sometimes skipping cleaning or leaving you short on towels. The breakfast buffet is excellent and staff are friendly, though check-in can be slow during peak times.
