Cons One of two elevators were broken the whole time, property was aging, paint peeling off in the bathrooms, shower floor was stained/dirty. Also found a note in the room warning of daytime construction noise. Restaurant service was good, but food was not.

The hotel was nice, it is just right in the harbourfront, right where I used to live. The room was spacious and bright. The curtains didnt fully close, which was a little annoying. Nice coffee machine in the room to get the 1st caffine hit before exploring.The maitre d employee was lovely, the reception staff were a little lost, is possibly best how to describe it. No explanation of hotel facilites at check in, or up sell for breakfast etc. I did find the road noisy at night, I had forgotten the area is busy at night, especially when facing onto the road and not the harbourfront. But very central, to crusie to the island, wander to local restautarant and local anemities such as the CN tower and Rogers stadium. Union station is within walking distance.
