Хороший комплекс, сервис на высоком уровне: отдельное спасибо персоналу. Завтрак шведский стол (наверное самый насыщенный в Астане). В комплексе есть World Class (можно посетить бассейн, сауны, СПА). Всё чисто, уютно
Disappointing for a 5 star - maintenance needed
Near nice park and river (not central but this is what we wanted). Nice king bed in the premium room, nice views.
Cons AC was not working properly, fridge was broken, and WC sink was a bit blocked - asked for maintenance but AC and Fridge still not fixed, and solution for sink was to take away the full plug and leave the big hole open! WC has no privacy - door is glass and visible which was not appreciated by my teenage kids. Hard to find information about the pool/spa. Quiet most of the time but Sunday there was a huge convention creating a very busy lobby. Staff friendly enough but sounds like hotel not managed properly and doesn’t feel like a 5 star

Неплохой завтрак, чистый номер. Услугами не пользовался, оценить не могу.
