The room they allocate to us was great. And the food also was great. A special thank you to Sisipho and Christina at the front desk. They were very kind and helpful. They made our stay very pleasant. Also a big thank you to the rest of the staff. They were nice.

Cons The stay was disappointing. The air conditioning system was set to heating, which made the rooms extremely warm and uncomfortable. There was also no hot water, and there was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathrooms. In addition, our rooms were handed over to us much later than expected. Unfortunately, these issues affected our overall experience.
