Breakfast was plentiful but had limited choices.

Cons Shuttle service to the hotel. We had 5 people, 5 carry-ons, and 9 large bags. We were picked up by two small automobiles, with no choice to request another mode of transportation because the two drivers stated that any third-party vehicle, even at our expense, violated hotel policy. Our luggage was shoved into the small vehicles. Several expensive ceramics and antiques that were brought from Japan were totally ruined. The hotel is located in a decent neighborhood, next to stagnant water, which makes it smell like rotten eggs as soon as you get to the hotel, and going inside or to the pool area does not help at all.

Excelente servicio, el personal es muy amable y preocupado! es 100% seguro y el parking queda ahí mismo, nos encanto, seguro, confiable y excelente servicio

Cons Nos encantan los servicios, talvez el mantenimiento de la piscina se lo puede hacer durante la noche para que no efecte el uso durante el dia
