Cons I had a very disappointing experience with the room facilities and the level of service provided. The safe in my room was not working, and as I needed to go to the gym, I requested the staff to either repair or replace it. Despite calling the front desk four to five times, no one responded. I eventually went down to the front desk personally and asked for assistance. A staff member later came to the room, but after waiting for around 20 minutes without the issue being resolved, I decided I had waited long enough and asked her to leave. I had no choice but to manage without a functioning safe. The overall condition of the room and bathroom was also disappointing. The bathroom appeared poorly maintained, with rusted fittings and water leaking from the shower head. This is certainly not the standard I associate with Radisson, and the experience was well below my expectations. Unfortunately, based on this stay, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Wouldn’t recommend as it is now, definitely not worth the price.

Some of the stuff were polite, especially the ones who worked during the daytime.

Cons I had a generally negative experience with my stay. The shower in the room was not working properly, as i could not turn on the overhead shower. Some of the complimentary bathroom amenities, such as the razor, were rusty, which was quite disappointing. What was even more frustrating was the level of service. For most of our requests, the staff simply asked us to figure things out ourselves rather than actually assisting us. Even when we were checking out and had arranged a car to the airport through the hotel, we had to wait around 25 minutes for the car to arrive. Overall, the experience did not feel like what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. In terms of the room condition and, especially, the level of service, it felt much closer to a 2–3-star property
