Excellent Stay with Warm and Professional Staff

I stayed at this hotel during a trip and was genuinely very satisfied with my experience. It was a clean, quiet, and comfortable hotel. The staff were also very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. In particular, Ms. İlayda and Ms. Sevgi at the front desk were remarkable for their kind, courteous, and hospitable approach. Their professionalism and warm attitude were truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Cosy trip

perfect stay at radisson, good breakfast, cosy and relacing room, supportive staff, well equipped gym and comfortable spa

The location was very convenient and the food was good in the restaurant.

Cons The check-in was not smooth. The key did not open the door-then when I asked the reception to change my room after the 2nd trial, they told me that they need to try again because there was no room available within the same group, and they made me part of the problem and solution process, so I needed to wait until they understand it cannot be fixed soon. Only after they upgraded my room. So it was not a pleasant experience after 10 hours of travel.
