Rooms are decent sized at 312 sq ft entry level but feel dated and some guests call them small for a 5-star. Beds are comfortable but dirty linen and used toiletries have been flagged in a few reviews. Street noise bleeds in badly, especially on city-facing floors. AC has been unreliable on some stays. Value is questionable at 5-star prices.
