Great location and welcoming staff.

Excellent location and staff were really great. Rooms clean and breakfast buffet was good value within the price.

Cons Coffee in room wasn’t replenished daily - minor niggle! Felt a little bit dated but you couldn’t fault cleanliness of what the team were working with.

Melko mukava 2 päivän oleskelu hotellissa, missä erinomainen aamiainen ja hyvä palvelu.

aamiainen on todella hyvä ja monipuolinen, siitä 10 -arvosana. Huone oli itsessään hyvä, valoisa ja siisti. Sänky oli hyvä. Ilahdutti että huoneessa oli silitysrauta ja -lauta. Palvelu reseptionissa oli erittäin hyvä. Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen (paitsi vilkas ajotie, missä paljon liikennettä)

Cons Liikenteen melu häiritsi yöllä. Ikkunaa ei voinut kuumuudesta huolimatta pitää auki. Vilkkaalla ajotiellä kulki peräti 3 eri raitiolinjaa, joiden kolina piti yöllä hereillä. Kerroskäytävien kokolattiamatot olivat likaiset ja epäsiistit. Hotellissa ei ollut erillistä baaria, vaikka hotelli on luokiteltu **** (4 tähteä).

Todella ystävällinen palvelu. Hyvä sijainti. Huonetoive ylimmästä kerroksesta toteutui.

Cons Aamiainen oli hienoinen pettymys, vaikka perushyvä olikin.

Cons 1. Hotel asked for extra pay for checking in one hour earlier then the official check in time. 2. Rooms are very small, and the hotel seems dated.

Great location, hotel in quite poor condition (needs a good facelift).

The front desk staff were all excellent. The location was fantastic. The coffee machine in the room was great.

Cons The hotel was quite outdated (esp for being a Radisson), poorly maintained common areas, room had large coffee stains on the floor, old dirty rug, bathroom was very outdated. House keeping barely did anything in the room when they came, no new coffee pods, garbage can wasn’t emptied, dirty coffee cups were left on the table. If you like a hard mattress the bed is fine, but if you don’t, I recommend you book a room somewhere else. With all this said I want to emphasize that the front staff was absolutely amazing, so kind and service oriented. It was a pleasure to deal with them.
