Convenient location, cleaning need to be improved

Location nearby all amenities and view of the park. Nice big shower in the room.

Cons The room wasn’t properly cleaned, very dusted. No slippers in the room and the window is fixed so you can’t open it. Breakfast buffet was concentrated in a small area, one coffee machine is not enough and there was a queue

Welcoming staff. Super clean, very comfortable beds, very quiet air conditioning.

Upsetting start.

Breakfast was good.

Cons I did not like the fact that they didn't have a room for us even though we had pre warned them that we would be a late check in. We had to go to another hotel at 1am and go back again the following morning. To be fair to the hotel they arranged and paid for the taxi transfers. This same thing happened to us last year in Tasmania using booking.com.

Hotel bien ubicado junto a la estación central y tranvías. Bonita vista a un parque, buen desayuno. Personal muy amable
