Worst Hotel for Bussiness Travellers and Flight Crews
Cons TL;DR: One of the worst hospitality hotel maybe in the world As a three member private jet flight crew we experienced the worst hotel experience in our carrers for 2nights Issue 1 One of our colleague wants take a breakfast but rooms are paid only for bed because most of the times some of us have breakfast some don't on the entrance of course they check his room number and let him enter they say welcome he knows we didn't prepaid for breakfast and normally AS A 5 STAR HOTEL WITH UNDER a WELL KNOWN CHAIN HOTEL First you take your breakfast and deal with payment later but not in here he verbally forced to leave his breakfast either pay or leave ! Unacceptable!!! what about charge to room NO! At least can i finish my breakfast and make payment later because i don't have my card with me NO! Issue 2 I gave my uniform to laundry, i asked them when you can clean and bring back? in the day perfect (this info related with third one) so they keep their promise *nice at 11-12pm which most people sleep which i was in sleep i get call i wake up answer the hotel phone receptionist says you should come and make a payment for laundry AT THAT TIME!!!! WHO DOES THAT ? What kind of hospitality course teach you wake up your guest at NIGHT and demand PAYMENT Issue 3 So like me my college give his uniform for laundry because he knows he will get it back in the day but what a suprise HE DID NOT !!! They look it search it in the night and promise he will get it in the morning before our check out time 0700am of course he didn't we had a flight on the day and luckily we were flying back to tblisi they assured us they will send the uniform to airport as soon as possible. Did they ? Of course they didn't so he have to fly as a pilot with his causal clothes actually this is not the funniest part They Also asked And TOOK THE PAYMENT FOR THE LOST UNIFORM where is the uniform? Who knows ?
