Cons Long walk from elevator to room.

I was disappointed in my stay this time because I’ve experienced some of the best times at Renaissance Inner Harbor.

The location is central and accessible. The staff are kind and hospitable.

Cons The room had stained carpet, a missing hook from the bathroom door that appeared damaged, HVAC system coming off the wall, lagging tv signal, poor WiFi connection and flickering light bulbs.

La ubicación es excelente. Tienes muchas opciones cerca. No es un hotel moderno, pero es un hotel con mucho confort. La limpieza era muy buena. La atención estuvo bien. El desayuno es muy bueno.

Cons La señora de la tienda donde puedes comprar bebidas, snack, etc no era muy agradable.

Good location to walk to game day!!

Accommodating our early arrival; finding us an early available room. Great tidy rooms; laundry & pool available. Central to good tourist locations.

Cons Laundry needing to load an app!! Very difficult from an overseas visitor; then you need to load an amount & $10. Used for one wash load & a dry $7.00; so how do i get my money back!!

Great location, very big hotel, okay service, great bit comfy rooms

Location was perfect. Breakfast buffet when it was available was great.

Cons Cleaning crew were awful, half did our room and then just forgot it, we then had to move rooms cause we came back from a full day out at 11pm to a room with no sheets or towels! We also had horrible service from the waiting service at breakfast on our last day. Most people had left so only a few people in the breakfast room, but was beyond slow and food wasn’t great… Also if you don’t book direct through Marriott they’ll try and charge you an outrageous amount per day for wifi!! They also don’t give you water which was really frustrating as the tap water is revolting. For such a big 4 star hotel I expected the small things without issue but not at this monster of a hotel
