Cons Nao faziam limpeza dos quartos, mesmo telefonando para a recepcao e indo pessoalmente. nao havia restricao de acesso aos elevadores e andares os funcionarios nao sabem utilizar cartao de credito, mesmo informando que ja havia pago ao booking o hotel passou novamente o cartao de credito, os funcionarios do hotel sao despreparados eh uma vergonha para o grupo Merriot ter uma unidade assim

The restaurant had great food. The location was perfect. The room was clean.
Cons We had to wait over two hours past check-in to be able to check in and was late leaving for our event because we could not check into our room until after 6 PM when check-in is supposed to be at 4. My neck and back are hurting so bad today from the pillows and mattress. They were definitely not comfortable.
Comfortable, relaxing, excellent staff, especially Rachel and James, and location! Will definitely be back!
It was beautiful!!! The rooms were very clean, nice supply of coffee and tea in the room, and overall just a relaxing place to be.
Cons The food. My husband and I went to breakfast our second day there and it was not what I expected at such a wonderful hotel. My pancakes were undercooked and my sausage was burned. As much as we paid for breakfast, I would expect better.

My major issue is the lack of working elevators. Per the employees, the service elevators were not working, therefore they were tying up the elevators also. This was a terrible experience as my husband and I are senior citizens and using the stairs to the 8th floor was not an option given our medical issues. Otherwise everything else was good.

Great location! Employees were very friendly. Bartenders especially friendly and make great cocktails. The hotel was crazy busy when we arrived. Valet parking is only option but it was friendly and quick. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
