Marvelous!
My stay at this property by far exceeded my expectations. The facility is well maintained and very clean and secure. I felt safe, and at home the entire time I was there. The Front Desk Manager is absolutely professional and his staff is well trained with a sense of entitlement to handle various customer care needs. It was amazing for the front desk associate to take time to pick me up from the train station when I called for a shuttle and there driver was out on a long run. I was there at the station in over 100 degree temperature. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone needing to stay in downtown Denver.

The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were spacious.
Cons The reception staff weren’t very helpful, more you’re checked in and off you’re go. No directions, assistance with bags, didn’t explain breakfast or amenities etc. The included breakfast was quite a confusing credit system, which even the staff had trouble to explain. For example, if you ordered a special coffee e.g latte, you wouldn’t have enough credit to order food. It was basically one or the other. Unless you got filtered coffee. The rate per night was quite a lot considering what you got.
