Cons The noise !! The sound of water through the pipes from rooms around me was major! Not use to sounds of the city and it didn’t quiet until 4:00am. I know you can’t do anything about city noise but the sound proofing of the water pipes when it was built could have been better.

Shower was great. Location was great. Hotel was clean and well maintained.
Cons Valet parking was chaotic when we arrived. Room was noisy. Check in was very slow. Maybe check in staff was inexperienced? Didnt seem to know how to find the name on a passport.
Nice but pricey in every way.
The location was great for downtown access, but parking was difficult and the main entrance to the hotel was stacked with cars. You couldn't turn in to drop someone off. The cars were there overnight blocking the entrance.
Cons The convenience store charged $11 for 7 makeup wipes! That's at least 3x what you would pay in a store. And you could only get wi-fi by signing up for a rewards program.
