Cons I was in room 701 getting dressed when a male staff member came into my room and he didn't knock first just came in on me when I was getting dressed. I called the front desk to let them know what had happened but I'm not sure if anything was done about it or not.
The staff was very friendly.
Cons I am allergic to feathers and I had to request a different pillow be brought to the room. It was 12:30 am before the pillow was brought to the room
