Reasonable service
Overall, I had a good impression of this hotel and everything made sense for a great stay. I accidentally booked a smoking room by mistake, but the hotel kindly provided a deodorisation service for us. Although there was still a very light smoking smell left, it was well within an acceptable range for me and my child. Given that it was my own booking error, I really appreciated the hotel's quick and reasonable assistance.
