Next time I come back to Sapporo I will be sure to stay here again. Thank you to the helpful staff!
Everything was as expected from a business hotel in Japan. Small but clean and quiet room, comfortable and close to Sapporo station, which made it perfect to taking tours around Hokkaido.
Cons Wish the hotel had an onsen onsite.
Konumu harikaydı.
Cons Banyo çok eski tipti. Küvetin içi sampuan kullanınca aşırı kaygan oluyordu.Klimayi en düşük seviyede bile çalıstirinca aşırı soguk oluyordu.

Reasonable service
Overall, I had a good impression of this hotel and everything made sense for a great stay. I accidentally booked a smoking room by mistake, but the hotel kindly provided a deodorisation service for us. Although there was still a very light smoking smell left, it was well within an acceptable range for me and my child. Given that it was my own booking error, I really appreciated the hotel's quick and reasonable assistance.
