Cons We have stayed at this hotel four times already, including twice this year. Unfortunately, I have to say that we will not be coming back again. Since the hotel was expanded with Bay View and its capacity was basically doubled, the quality of the services has unfortunately deteriorated significantly. The beaches are overcrowded because the new beach has poor access to the water, so most guests end up using the old beach. The same applies to the swimming pools. It is almost impossible to find a free spot at the main pool, while the new pools near the new buildings are practically empty. The reason is simple – there is no food service there, so everyone gathers in the old areas. In other words, you now have the same beach and the same pool, but with twice as many people. Another great advantage of this hotel used to be the shuttle buses that transport guests around the resort. What was once a fantastic service has now become a nightmare. The buses are constantly full, so you may have to wait for the third or even fourth bus before you can get on. If you are travelling with a larger family, you often have to make several separate trips. What is even more concerning is the way some of the buses are driven, with the driver constantly holding a mobile phone in his hand. It simply does not look safe. Another thing the hotel is struggling with is the main restaurant. They have built a beautiful new dining area, but unfortunately the capacity is still insufficient for the number of guests. Finding a table has become a real battle. Then you have to wait for someone to prepare it for you because there are simply too many people. You end up constantly walking around and waiting – waiting for a table, waiting for it to be prepared, and waiting for drinks. In the end, it is often easier to get your own drinks from the bar. The same applies to the rooms. They are cleaned very quickly and superficially, almost as if it is just being done for the sake of saying it has been c
