Cons כמו בכל בית מלון בהתחלה לא קיבלנן את החדרים שרצינו כי היינו קבוצה ורצינו ידרים אחד ליד השני והבית מלון היה מלא אבל יום אחרי טיפלו בזה והיה אחלה

One of the best hotels in Sharm El Sheikh. However, there were some issues with the staff that were quite disappointing. Some of the pool staff who serve drinks always seemed annoyed and were not very friendly or welcoming. Also, some of the staff in the dining area were constantly arguing with each other in front of guests and speaking loudly. It honestly felt like some employees forgot they were working in a 5-star hotel and behaved as if they were on the street. Of course, this was only some of the staff, not everyone, but it was still very unpleasant and uncomfortable to watch while having a meal. Seeing staff members arguing with each other and with supervisors, with loud voices in the dining area, really affected the overall experience.
