Comfortable budget hotel - rude staff
Good location and free shuttle to/from the airport and main train station. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quieter than manhattan and only 20 mins into New York Penn by train.
Cons Staff were some of the rudest and most unhelpful I have experienced. Could not even tell me where I could get some water. Frequently hung up or put me on hold when I tried to order a shuttle.

Great location and convenient shuttle service
The hotel is in a great location, and the shuttle service is excellent and very convenient. However, the staff was not as friendly or helpful as expected. There was a mix-up with my room assignment, and I was woken up twice at 3:00 a.m. by another guest attempting to enter my room. Although the issue was resolved the next day with the assistance of a manager, the situation was concerning, especially since I was staying alone that night.
