Staff genuinely care and remember guests, but the downstairs bar restaurant serves cold food slowly and overcharges. Rooms are well-equipped and clean. The beach is small. Kids are everywhere, so don't expect an adults-only vibe. Don't expect upgrades or late checkout even with elite status.
