staff is unprofessional and unable to provide adequate reservations and munus at THE Legacy house Hong Kong - the choose the wrong menu, change timing of reservation and give guest a horrible experience - rather book at more professional venues , than this overrated hotel group . Rosewood group has a very disrespectful attitude towards guest and only tries to optimize it's profits without compensating guest for mistakes by the hotell
