Everything was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located in the heart of Vienna. What made our stay truly special, however, was the outstanding hospitality. We were kindly upgraded to a better room at no additional charge, which was a wonderful surprise. The team made my entire family feel genuinely welcomed and valued, with thoughtful touches such as snacks, coffee, and special arrangements for both the adults and the children. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. These personal touches made the experience memorable and showed us the true meaning of Rosewood hospitality. We would definitely love to return.

Das Rosewood Vienna ist eine erstklassige Adresse für alle Wienbesucher, die Unaufdringlichkeit wertschätzen und zugleich Premium-Service ohne Abstriche erwarten. Das Interieur ist durch klare Formen geprägt. Klar, aber anschmiegsam. Wenn man den Blick aus dem traumhaften Bett durch das Zimmer morgens schweifen lässt, wird das Auge auf Eleganz gleichsam kalibriert. Gelassenheit kommt auf. (Im Wellness-Bereich setzt sich das fort.) Zu empfehlen ist auch die Rooftop-Bar. Der Barrkeeper versteht sein Handwerk. Wenn es mich wieder nach Wien verschlägt, dann hoffentlich ins Rosewood Vienna.
