Rooms are comfortable and cozy with excellent cleanliness.

The worst was the location -the taxi or Uber drivers could not find it -limited dining -noisy -they do not clean your room
We had a nice conference. The internet was a bit iffy, though.
They made me wait more than 15 minutes before they checked me in. They checked other people in before me although I was at the counter first. When told the receptionist that I booked through Expedia he asked me to wait. Thanks
Staff are super kind and friendly! I have been staying here for years and every time I visit Casablanca. I love the place, staff, service, and location. Thank you :)
