Un vero Paradiso

La struttura è in una posizione meravigliosa con accesso dirette ad una spiaggia bellissima. E’ disponibile la piscina con il baretto ,vengono forniti gli asciugamani da spiaggia anche il bar del ristorante che ha una parte aperta e’ molto bello con vista sulla piscina e spiaggia . Nella struttura c’è un negozio molto carino di souvenir più caro rispetto ai prezzi del village dove ci sono i negozi raggiungibili con una navetta gratuita . Il personale molto gentile e disponibile . La colazione a buffet costa 38 dollari e comprende diverse opzioni oppure piatti a la cart non particolarmente abbondanti ma buoni. La stanza molto carina anche se da noi c’era un infiltrazione nel bagno che dava un po’ una sensazione di umidità . Le pulizie vengono eseguite un giorno di ed uno no e questo non è molto piacevole doversi rifare il letto da soli .

Cons We had an issue with the air conditioning system during our first night but the staff was very proactive in minimizing the impact and the next day everything was fixed

Cons Non mi è piaciuto che le camere vengano pulite solo una volta ogni due giorni. Francamente in una struttura del genere mi aspettavo che venissero rifatte ogni giorno come minimo

Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub

Wir hatten einen Bungalow. Sehr großzügig, sehr sauber, eine wunderschöne Anlage, sehr gepflegt

Cons Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Es gab aber zu wenig Teller, Gläser, Bestecke, etc

Wonderful Stay, Great Location, Clean Hotel, Friendly Staff

The hotel location is great, you can take the beach walk to several other hotels and have breakfast or dinner. The Famous Luau is right on property which is nice. Staff was excellent, rooms were nice with comfy beds and blackout doors. Quick Valet service. The beachs amazing, if you walk toward the lava rocks you will see lots of turtles!

Cons All the extra costs. Its an additional $40 for parking or $45 for valet (which the extra $5 for valet is great because they are quick.) We had to pay $75 for beach chairs and umbrella and when we finished early, they made us carry the stuff back which if you are paying $75 you should not have to do and thats on top of the resorts fees.
