Not great, but cheaper than much of Geneva. Faux hipster nightclub vibe is annoying.

Good location (although hard to find, deep in a shopping passage). Room was spacious (although blindingly white and devoid of any furniture or comfort).

Cons Air-con barely worked, and it wasn’t even 30 degrees C that day. Staff admitted the a/c was terrible in order to be “eco-friendly”. Bathroom has nowhere to put toiletries. Endless darkened hallways trying to look hipster, but was just gloomy. At Check-in they force you to spend five minutes filling out an iPad while the hotel staff stand there and watch. Didn’t recognize my IHG Gold status since I booked through 3rd party site, even after I gave them my info.

Very bad experience

Really bad experience and services. I asked for my hotel reservation to change the last day as soon as I checked in and they made me call Bookings multiple times without any resolve. They simply ignored my request. I called the hotel yesterday requesting an early check out so I can get my invoice. They said they can’t do that because invoice has to be on the last day, and even then I have not record my invoice
