Lovely spacious room. Clean n tidy. Easy online check-in and check-out means less time in queue's if everybody used it. Efficient valet service. Excellent shower. Lovely buffet breakfast. Great stay n will stay again

Cons Only minor issue was the room heater wasnt really heating up the room as it should've. Bedroom heater was fine. Did notify reception at check-out so hopefully it gets sorted. Other than that minor issue everything else was great.

Comfortable and central with exellent food and great views.

Comfortable room, looked to be newly refurbished. The breakfast was amazing and I ate way too much. The view over the harbour was beautiful and relaxing. The leisure facilities are also fantastic.

Cons I was hoping the room would have a bath but the shower was good enough

The staff were lovely - especially with my kids . We were a little disappointed about the not working heating in the room - we had to call about the bath plug and a couple of other things - and we had asked for the room to be made up and it wasn’t . Other than that the rooms were comfortable and contained everything we expected . Thank you
