Did the job, but would not return.

The staff were friendly.

Cons 1) Most of the days the coffee was not replenished. 2) There was a convention in the city which meant some very interesting people were staying....which is fine. But, they took over the hotel, were very loud, did not get told to have manners and respect others and were being loud near the lifts every night. 3) Food options in the hotel were very average. 4) The gym was good, but could be improved.

Cons Parking needs to be better. After already spending hundreds of dollars on the hotel room you would think you could park on site without having to spend $65+ a day. We parked off site and gave our money to someone else. Also, the market inside of the hotel while convenient, should be illegal with how overpriced it is. It's worse than an airport. My bottle of water was $8, and I had to put a small bag of Pretzels back because they were $13 and I refuse to overpay that much. Such a shame.

Mostly Good

I’m currently staying at this property. The beginning of my stay started off kinda rough. I arrived at 2pm and was told by the front desk lady that they upgraded my room but it wasn’t ready. She did offer a standard room that was ready at the time but I elected to wait for my upgraded room after she said it would only be about another hour before it would be ready and that they would send me a text when it was in fact ready. 4pm comes around and I still had not received a text so I went back to the front desk to check on the status. A different front desk person said oh yes, my room was indeed ready. Got my keys and headed up to a…..standard room. So I wasted 2 hours of my time waiting for an upgraded room that never came to be. The rest of the stay has been pleasant enough. The valet has been very efficient, and housekeeping and done a great job. The M Lounge is decent enough but could really offer more of a variety when it comes to breakfast - every day it’s been the same choice of scrambled eggs, potato wedges, bacon, and sausage. The location of the hotel is good with many dining options nearby. It’s also 12 minutes to the airport where I was working this week which was very convenient.

Do not trust valet , will still stuff and joyride your car!

服务招待人员和valet人员非常好，brandon非常友好的接待了我们，很快速的办完了手续，还给了我们十几瓶水因为我们实在太口渴了哈哈哈哈，睡的很舒服，屋内的设施也很好
