Reception was pleasant and helpful at check in

Cons They had cleaned the carpet in the entire room. Carpet was soaked. Room was set to high air and freezing. Did not let me know that the carpet had been cleaned. Offered to send up slippers. Smelled musty. All charging ports at the bedside were not functioning. I paid over $700.00 for this room.

Reasonably priced, but the poor service and cleanliness made the stay disappointing.

The room was nice, and the price was reasonable.

Cons The staff failed to make my morning shuttle reservation and incorrectly told me that the earliest pickup was at 4:20 a.m., even though a 3:40 a.m. shuttle was available. The shuttle driver was rude, questioned why I had so much luggage, and did not help unload it from the trolley. When we arrived at the hotel, no one offered to assist me, even though my hands were full with my baby, my other child, our luggage, and belongings. I had to ask for help myself. Although the room was nice, the toilet was dirty, there was mold around the sink, and no complimentary water or toiletries were provided.

Room was huge, comfortable, and they fixed the air conditioning as soon as we told them it wasn't working.

Cons Shuttle driver left without me.

Bed was comfortable, choice of pillow, room was spacious and nicely decorated

Cons They’ve made keys mandatory for the elevators; for instance, whenever an order arrives or a guest visits, we have to go all the way down, and the reception never helps out. I found this very exhausting.
