Rooms are cramped with tiny bathroom sinks that frustrate guests. Cleanliness issues show up inconsistently, from dirty pullout sofas to greasy carpets. Staff are helpful, location is excellent, but the cramped space and occasional housekeeping lapses disappoint many guests.
