The hotel is perfect. I wish I could have stayed longer!

The breakfast buffet was excellent. It has a large array of delicious options, including healthy options. The hotel’s coffee studio is also quite impressive, mainly because of the extensive knowledge and enthusiasm of their roaster/barista, Musa - he’s absolutely amazing!

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service from Damaris & James

My stay at Sankara Autograph Collection in Nairobi was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention has to go to Damaris the duty manager and James on reception, who truly made my stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always greeting me with a genuine smile. James was always bubbly, full of energy, and his positive attitude was infectious. His professionalism, attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to help with anything I needed made me feel truly valued as a guest. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stylish rooms, excellent facilities, and a wonderful atmosphere, but it was people like James who really set it apart. Staff members like him are a real credit to the Sankara team and are the reason guests look forward to returning. Thank you, James, Damaris and everyone at Sankara, for such a memorable stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nairobi, and I can’t wait to come back.
