Location is great, very accessible from Arlanda terminal and all parts of town

Cons Service is non existent, rude staff. We stayed 3 nights and asked to skip daily cleaning. However, asked for towels to be changed. First, one of the housekeepers was near our room, just replied rudely, this is not my room, like, this room isn’t my responsibility, so I’m giving you towels. Asked reception to contact housekeeping to have used towels collected, it never happened. I sent email to hotel the before check in, never got a reply. Arrived at breakfast at 9:00 and several items were finished without any replacement (milk, fruit). Room we stayed has the window facing the lifts, so guests can’t open curtains at all, no privacy, no natural day light

Bellissima struttura moderna ed accogliente ,bellissima hall e rooftop bar all’8 piano spettacolare…camera comoda ,spaziosa e luminosa …posizione ideale per visitare la città. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons Manca un frigo bar in camera…eviterei il supplemento per il check-in anticipato se la camera è disponibile .
