Excellent location. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Couldn't do enough for us. Happy to chat if not busy.
Cons In order to provide a comfortable room (standard room) space was a little limited.
Lokalizacja z jednej strony tuż przy stacji metra, z drugiej na obrzeżach starego miasta (dodatkowo tuż przy wejściu doTivoli). Śniadania dobre i urozmaicone.Pokoje odpowiedniej wielkości, z czajnikiem i lodówką.
Cons Ekipa sprzątająca mogłaby bardziej przyłoży się do pracy.
very disappointing
There is no proper coffee in the room; the curtain was torn; the cleaning is risible. When I complained the person at the desk tried to suggest that I was rude. When I enquired whether the conversation was being recorded by video, he changed tack. I assured him that I was very aware of the fact that every word I spoke to him would be recorded and that I would be very happy for every word spoken by me to be evaluated. There was a constant theme of hostility towards me. Never Again.

Location was great, called taxi for us, had a hdmi port in the tv, nice tall ceilings and rooms
