In general, it was a great experience. Great hotel! Cristopher was very supportive and friendly all the time. We had a great time! Something to improve, would be the cleanliness of the room. It could definitely improve.

Unfortunate event

Property itself was wonderful food was good.

Cons Unfortunately, our experience with some of the staff made our stay very uncomfortable. We were four women traveling for a bachelorette trip, and several comments and interactions felt inappropriate and made us feel harassed and unsafe. It affected us to the point that we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the hotel to explore or do tours. It’s unfortunate because the property itself was wonderful, but the way we were treated really impacted our overall experience.

Espero que mis palabras puedan ser útiles para muchas personas. He estado varias veces en la República Dominicana, pero la experiencia que viví en este hotel fue realmente maravillosa. Desde el servicio, la limpieza y la higiene hasta la amabilidad del personal y los precios, todo fue realmente excelente. Vine desde Suiza y pasé aquí quince días maravillosos, llenos de tranquilidad y relajación. El personal es amable, tranquilo, servicial y en absoluto resulta insistente. Realmente pude relajarme y disfrutar de mis vacaciones. La habitación también estaba perfecta y el servicio fue excelente. Para cualquier pregunta o necesidad, el personal estaba siempre disponible. Naturalmente, el servicio depende del paquete reservado, pero de acuerdo con el paquete elegido, realmente te atienden muy bien y te hacen sentir muy bien cuidado. También quiero destacar especialmente al animador y al equipo de animación. Me parece muy profesional, simpático y atractivo para los huéspedes. Sabe cómo entretener a la gente y crear un buen ambiente. Sin duda, es un gran punto a favor de este resort. Sin embargo, también existe un aspecto muy negativo sobre el que no quiero guardar silencio. Es realmente una pena que en la playa haya situaciones que considero muy problemáticas. Allí me encontré con personas que, según mi percepción, intentan aprovecharse económicamente de los turistas y que parecen estar relacionadas con actividades ilegales, como la venta de drogas, entre ellas cocaína. Quiero dejar claro que esto es mi percepción y mi experiencia personal. En mi opinión, este tipo de situaciones perjudica no solo a los huéspedes, sino también al turismo en general y, en última instancia, a la buena reputación de este hermoso resort. Por eso espero sinceramente que los responsables puedan hacer algo para combatir la delincuencia y los problemas que existen en la playa.

Todo perfecto, la comida las atenciones , el personal , el señor César Sánchez e Inosencio fueron excelentes personas y todo el personal también. Volveré .

La comida y las atenciones. Estar en la playa, atendidos todo el tiempo por un personal, dispuesto y amable fue el complemento perfecto. Solo estuvimos dos días, seguro volveremos.

Vibes upon vibes!

My cousins and I stayed at Secrets Royal Beach for a week from the moment we got there to the moment we left, we loved it! The biggest credit to this resort is its staff. The nicest, kindest humans all around, from butlers to entertainment to waiters. The grounds are stunning and theres something to do for everyone. Food quality was lovely and fresh! Im a vegan and was assigned the lovely Fatima who helped me so much to make sure I was well fed all week. Preferred was brilliant. We had Manuel as our butler and he was so helpful and engaging throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed, nothing was too much trouble for him. We miss him already, great job Manuel!! A big shout out to the following waiters who made our stay fabulous: Wascar, Marlon, Cedar, Francis, Jamerson and kitchen staff Lilly, Chef Ferdinand and Chef Jean Luis! Thank you for your hospitality, your smiles made us smile! And last but not least, this hotel has the most incredible entertainment team!! They elevated our vacation and gave us the best time. A huge thank you to Chololat, Coconut Tree, Jorgi, Flower and the best host there ever was: Michael Jordon. You are all amazing and we hope to see you again soon! X
