I had a great experience staying at Serena!
I was grateful to get an upgrade without requesting one after my first night. The first room I was in was very small and no windows but I slept well thanks to the great AC and the fan and the comfortable bed. The upgraded room had windows and was pretty large, much nicer. Mostly quiet as well.
Cons My preference would have been a room on the second floor with windows but that would have cost me more so I think for the price it was great. There were a few things that didn't make much sense, like the shared bathroom that I was given a key to even though it was usually unlocked. I imagined if it were locked and I was showering someone with a key could get in. I would not give a key.
Un gioiello di hotel - colazione "rischiosa" a parte
La struttura con la corte interna; la camera spaziosa e fresca con ventilatore a soffitto e aria condizionata e un grande televisore; la vicinanza a diversi punti di interesse nel centro storico e a negozi.
Cons La mancanza di un servizio colazione gestito direttamente dalla struttura: la colazione viene affidata ad un bar che hanno poche offerte di cibo in particolare per allergie e problemi alimentari. Lo staff del bar non è stato affatto collaborativo ed empatico, quando ho chiesto di poter avere del pane perché avevo problemi di gastroenterite mi è stato portato pane fritto imburrato: la prima volta l'ho rimandato indietro, la seconda volta è stato cercato di nascondere che la faccia inferiore del pane era di nuovo imburrata. Assurdo e pericoloso perché si rischia di far stare male i clienti.

Cons Las habitaciones no tienen pantallas Y algunas habitaciones muy reducidas y tienen el baño afuera Queriamos cenar en el restaurante del hotel pero no tuvimos buena atención por lo que tuvimos que buscar en otro lado
