Paid a $300 deposit for two nights, still haven’t received my deposit back and it’s been over two weeks

The casino was large with many slots and tables. Shops and restaurants were interesting. Food and drinks at the pool bar was good.

Cons Arrived at 6:15 after a long day of flying and our rooms were not ready and we ended up in separate towers even though we requested rooms on the same floor. One pool was closed do to glass, the towel hut was unattended, no towels available. Extremely noisy not peaceful in the pool. The pool closed at 8. My room smelled of smoke even though we asked for nonsmoking rooms. Over priced hotel, pictures on the website are not representative of real hotel.

Would love to come back again with more family and friend especially for a concert as it is an exact commute from the v

The room was perfect! Very comfortable bed, nice big screen TV, and the shower was the best!
