Location super e hotel bellissimo. il centro benessere davvero bello cosi anche il roof top e il ristorante!camera bellissima. I Bell boy davvero bravissimi e gentilissimi sempre
Cons lo staff molto giovane e non formatissimo per un 5 stelle a mio avviso, i ragazzi più attenti mentre le ragazze un po' meno. Nulla di grave, ma ecco ho trovato alcune di loro poco attente. Wifi non esistente praticamente almeno nella mia camera

Séjour parfait en plein coeur de Sofia
La chambre "deluxe" était magnifique avec la vue sur la cathédrale. Le personnel était disponible et le spa très agréable !

Cons TV not working. Only after 2 calls it got fixed. Also didn't get fill for sugar and glasses
