Location
Cons Gloomy with less lights But no value for money Deluxe room don’t have a tissue box, the hotel rooms needs massive renovations , it’s so outdated , old schools , pathetic bathrooms
Room: The room was extremely basic and left a lot to be desired. To make matters worse, it wasn't cleaned properly prior to my arrival. Breakfast & Dinner (Dining): The room service menu was very limited, with very few options to choose from. For the prices charged, the food was far too expensive for what turned out to be very average taste and quality. Overall Service & Reception: The check-in process was very slow, and the reception team appeared noticeably overworked and understaffed. The check-out experience was equally disappointing; it was extremely frustrating and pointlessly long. Overall, the poor service and lack of cleanliness ruined what should have been a comfortable stay.
Cons Unfortunately, almost every aspect of the stay fell short. The check-in was very slow, and the reception team appeared noticeably overworked. Upon entering, the room was very basic and hadn't been cleaned properly. When ordering food, we found the room service menu to be extremely limited, and what arrived was overpriced and average in taste. To top it off, check-out was pointlessly long and extremely frustrating.
