Rooms are beautiful and clean with excellent bathrooms. Staff hospitality varies widely—some are genuinely attentive and helpful while others seem exhausted and unmotivated. Food quality is strong for Indian cuisine but weak for Western options, and the pool runs cold because heating is broken.
