The staff were great.
Cons The room had a musty smell that just shouldn't be there in a hotel of this quality. The executive lounge, which should be a place of calm in the evenings was often filled with the noise of children crying and generally being brats. I have nothing against children, I just want a place in the hotel where the people that pay for the rooms can have some peace. There's a kids club, give us an adult's club.

מלון מצוין. נהנינו מאד. מומלץ בחום ומתאים מאד לילדים
חדרים נהדרים. קיבלו שני חדרים עם דלת מקשרת וזה מצוין. ארוחת בוקר מצוינת. בריכה מהממת עם מגלשת מים ומים ג׳קוזי לילדים ומבוגרים. קרוב מאד לשוק הלילה - 8 דקות הליכה.
Special birthday in Chiang Mai
For our short holiday to celebrate my birthday, we went to Chiang Mai and thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay at the Shangi-la Chiang Mai. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was sumptuous. The highlight was returning from a day of shopping at one of the numerous artisans market to find the room transformed into a birthday celebration. It was so thoughtful of Shangri-la to go the extra step to make the day special. Thank you!
High end resort centrally located
The pool area, health club and overall facilities were well kept and welcoming. Great service and high end experience.
Cons The family room view could be better (overlooked the parking). Breakfast was too pricey.
