Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou

The staff, location and overall hotel experience is excellent. The breakfast and the dinner is excellent as well.

Cons The wifi is an unstable. I got few times without internet access.

Generally, acceptable.

break-fast was normal. below other shangri-la hotels. location is good. near many amenties

Cons Food for a start.

Good but the mix up at the end disappointed me

Close to shops and near basketball stadium

Cons They made us pay twice when we had already pre payed

Location is very good

Cons It is overpriced aging hotel
