Shangri-la Hotel,Harbin

The hotel is centrally located in Harbin, not far from all the tourist attractions. Plus, the staff were very kind and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Room was large and well-decorated in typical old-school Shangri-La style. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. ATM Machine in the Lobby which is helpful for international travellers.

Cons Nearest convenience store is a bit of a walk away - this is inconvenient in a -25 degree winter!

The room was impressive and very spacious.

The room was truly impressive—very spacious with a sleek, modern bathroom. We were really pleased with the hotel's facilities, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful whenever we needed assistance. A great stay overall!

Менеджер на ресепшен хорошо говорит на английском языке. Персонал очень любезный, улыбчивый. Номера очень чистые, довольно просторные. Есть все необходимые мелочи (щетки, пасты, мыло, шапочки и тд). Полотенца чистые. Постельное белье чистое. Матрас, одеяло и подушки очень удобные. Спать комфортно. Приветственное блюдо с фруктами и напитками. В шкафу есть дополнительное одеяло. Халаты теплые в кофре. Завтраки очень приятные. Рядом река. Прогулочная набережная. Мы были в середине января, было довольно тихо и спокойно.
