Rooms are decent sized but old and poorly maintained with soundproofing issues, water problems, and cleanliness charges for pre-existing stains. Staff quality varies wildly, reception can be rude and unhelpful at night. Breakfast disappoints for a 4-star hotel, though the location near shops and restaurants is excellent.
